We want you to love your lamp. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — here's exactly how.
30-day return window
You can return any unused lamp within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and condition. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the lamp, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Damaged in transit — we cover this
If your lamp arrives cracked, chipped, or otherwise damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement — no return shipping needed.
How to start a return
- Email t010c2.ffp@mesaschool.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm your eligibility and send the return shipping address.
- Ship the unused lamp back in its original packaging (return shipping cost is yours).
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5 business days.
What can't be returned
- Lamps that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless damaged in transit).
- Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery.
