We want you to love your lamp. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day window

You can return or exchange any unused lamp within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement — no questions asked.

Write to t010c2.ffp@mesaschool.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through pickup and refund.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
